Monaco Yacht Show 2025: Thank you for an unforgettable experience

Mediterranean winds, the glitter of impeccable yachts and conversations with some of the most passionate people in the yachting industry. The Monaco Yacht Show 2025 reminded us why we do what we do with wood. To everyone who took the time to meet us: thank you. Your time, your questions and your vision mean a lot to our team.
A fair that builds connections
For a Slovenian workshop like ours, the Monaco Yacht Show is not just about displaying furniture – it’s about meeting the people behind the vessels. Whether you’re a shipyard pushing the boundaries of design, an interior designer looking for reliable partners or a yacht owner dreaming of a complete refit – it’s these personal conversations that are the foundation of true partnerships.

Special thanks to the teams from F/List, ListGC, Vedder and a talented team Bobič Yacht Interior who shared insights on where yacht interiors are heading. Your openness to new challenges – from sustainable materials to smart storage solutions – has already sparked new ideas in our workshop in Trebnje.

What we brought to Monaco: Furniture that understands the sea
At the fair, we presented our work and pieces that represent our core belief: wood belongs on water, but only when it’s designed to thrive there:
- Curved surfaces that flow like waves. One of the highlights was a premium teak table with built-in storage – but the real story was in the curved lines. We spent years perfecting the joints for complex curved surfaces, ensuring that the veins flow naturally while each joint maintains constant movement and changes in humidity.
- As one of the exhibitors, a project manager from the Austrian company F/List, said: ‘This is what I try to explain to the owners. It’s not just furniture. It’s furniture that knows it’s on a yacht.”
- Smart storage: maximum space, minimum confusion.
- We’ve also introduced our “intelligent luxury” approach: lockers that look impeccably elegant while hiding sophisticated marine engineering. Hidden drawers that stay safe even in rough seas. Drawer systems with dampers. Bespoke solutions that maximise every inch without making the space feel cramped.
- We are proud to prove: sustainability and luxury are not opposing forces. They are complementary values.

What we have learned: the industry is evolving
In addition to showcasing our work, Monaco offered something invaluable: a fresh perspective.
The over 25m segment is enjoying a renaissance. Owners are moving away from mass-produced solutions towards personalised, artisanal approaches. Explorer yachts and true remote cruising mean that interiors need to be truly habitable, not just beautiful showrooms.
One challenge particularly impressed us: the project manager described the need for modular interior systems that allow seasonal transformation. Imagine a lounge that transforms from a formal entertainment space into a relaxed family area by simply replacing modular furniture while maintaining a coherent aesthetic whole. This is exactly the kind of problem we like to solve.

Looking ahead: from Monaco to Trebnje
When we return to our workshop in Slovenia, we bring more than business cards. We bring inspiration, potential partnerships and a renewed commitment to pushing boundaries in yacht interiors.
- To those of us who have met: our conversations do not end here. The best collaborations start with a handshake in Monaco, but blossom in the workshop, at the planning table and, last but not least, on the water.
- For those of you who missed it: there’s always next year – or better still, come and visit us in Trebnje. We want to show you where traditional craftsmanship meets modern marine engineering, where each piece of wood is chosen not just for its beauty, but for its story.
Your vision, our craft
Whether you’re a shipyard looking for reliable interior fit-out partners, a designer looking for craftsmen who understand the marina environment, or an owner planning a refurbishment – we’re here to listen.
